English language and its varieties

I am going to talk to you about the Clasification of languages. I itend to divide this talk into two parts. Firstly I will present three possible types of clasifications. Than I will talk about genetic clasification and a an example I will present Indo – Europian family.
There are three clasifications of language: typological clasification, areal clasification, genetic clasification. Typological clasification is based on similarity of one or more components of the gramma across the languages. Areal clasification is based on contacts between languages. There is and third clasification, which I will discribe more detaily. It is Genetic clasification. In this clasification the world‘s languages have been grouped into families of languages that are believed to have common ancestors. Some of the major families are the Indo – European family, the Afro – Asiatic family, the Austronesian family, and the Sino – Tibetian family.
Today the larges numbers of speakers has Indo – Europan family, which includes our native language and English language. It composes of a several hundred languages and dialects, including most of the major languages of Europe, Southwest Asia, Central Asia and Southeast Asia.
Futhermore, It is thought that all Indo – Europian languages came from one parent language. So why thes languages are related.
Where there are mothers and sisters, there must be cousins. At one time in history, an Early form of the Germanic and an early form of the Latin were sisters. The respective offsprings of them are cousins. The five Romance languages are cousins to the English langugage. The Baltic language Lithuanian is related to the English language as a cousin. Sanskrit is a distant cousin of these languages. Every language has its sisters, mother and cousins. So all languages compose a big language tree, in which all languages on one way or another are related....
