Today I would like to talk about electronic books. This chart shows percentage of people who read E-books on different devices. We can see that people who want to read E-books often use mobile phone, computer, E-reader. Also this chart shows what kind of device do people choose by age. The majority of people between 16 and 29 years choose to use computer or mobile phone, least like a E-reader. People between 30 and older like to use E-reader, computer. The minority of people of that year use mobile phone.
Speaking about me, I don’t read electronic books. Firstly, because I like the feeling of a paperback in my hands, the ability to just flip through pages. The musty smell of old, yellowed pages or of freshly opened books and e-books are never going to be able to match that. Secondly, regular books don’t cause the eye-strain that e books do.
