Challenges in our local community

Today I’m going to talk about challenges in our local community and ways to solve them. So the challenge is a situation that needs a great effort in order to be done successfully. These obstacles can be very different because it depends on what people believe the challenge is. It can be a test, it can be finding a cure for some illness, or the death of someone close to you. Even though everyone has their own problems, community challenges exist too. So I want to address in my mind two, not the biggest, but very important challenges in our neighborhood.
One of them is a lack of education. A majority of older people would say that it’s a student’s problem that they don’t spare enough time for studying and fail, but that’s not quite how I see it. First of all, everybody needs free time. Every one of us has to go to school, then spend there about 7 hours a day or even more, then come back home and do a huge amount of homework. So when do we have to find time to catch up with friends, do our chores, engage in activities that we enjoy, and relax? Also besides a lack of free time, we get bored, because everything becomes repetitive. You do almost the same tasks every day, go into the same place and see the same people. In my mind school and teachers should be motivated to give us less homework, if it’s possible, so we could rest after school, and give more tasks in pairs to make learning new things more interesting. Also, another, in my mind biggest problem in our education system is that we have to learn during summer, which I believe is pointless. 9 months of studying were already enough and...
