INTRODUCTION
Usually students of colleges start searching for a job in second or third course. In this period they start to think about being independent and irrespective of their parents. But here almost all students face with many problems.
Firstly, not many companies are looking for a student as a worker in responsible work place, because usually students do not have work experience. So, if the job is not responsible that means that it can be done by any people or student, and competition to get this job is higher. Of course a salary of such a job is lower.
Secondly, students have less time to work than full time working people. They can‘t spend all their time just working, because they have to study too. Also, students have exams and sometimes can‘t come to work. But the main thing what employer need is job to be done. He is not interesting in student exams or other personally problems. So, if this happens too often the employer will fire a student. In the other hand, no matter what problems student have, he must completely to do his job in his work place as a full time worker. Seeing that, if student starts working there are always negative results to his studies. If student study in full-time studies, than to work is really difficult, but if in extramural studies than work and studies can be organized well.
Nowadays, the situation is that there is a huge lack of good and qualified employees. So, employers are looking especially for young and gifted students with huge perspectives.
