Advantages and Disadvantages of Paperless Office

In the modern times, pretty much every aspect of our lives is bounded with technologies, computers and internet, office work is no different either. Computers and all of its machinery, equipment have never been used, in office work, as much as it is in today’s world and in my opinion it is a huge benefit, although there are some disadvantages, which we’ll get into later.
One of many advantages and in my honest opinion, the largest difference, between today’s office and traditional office work, is efficiency. There is a vast margin on how much more work you can actually accomplish with technologies instead of only using a pen and a paper sheet. We can’t control time, which is always ticking, so saving it as much as we can is extremely important and thanks to computers, office work has never been so productive with all the software and hardware used in these times. For example, even when we’re searching for a particular document of some sort, it is just that much quicker and convenient to find it on computer, by typing it in the search engine, then to look over all of the storages and lockers physically. Another considerable advantage, in my opinion, is saving paper, which means saving trees and the planet itself. Of course, we use printers and hundreds of thousands if not millions of pages are being printed every day in the world, but with technologies help, we can send them via e-mail, store them in computers or other storage devices and if it isn’t necessary, we actually don’t even need to print them at all, as if...
