Employee selection, testing and interviewing
Nowadays, employee selection, testing and interviewing are very important part of the company egsisting, because enterprise’s profit in the future will depend on new company’s employees and command. Of course, persons, who are responsible for employee selection, testing and interviewing must be very qualified ones, because it’s very difficult job to find suitable, good qualified and very needed employee for the company and it’s also difficult to interpret the testing results. The only well qualified employers or persons who are responsible for recruiting new applicants can understand and interpret the testing results. Of course, nowadays there are some companies, which takes place in employees testing, like “ExpertRating”, which is the most easiest and the most quickiest way to test new future employees.
As Morita (co-founder of Sony company) has told that all the recruiting, selecting, training and personnel evaluation process are made for supporting a premise that employees are the most valuable part of the company.
In this case we will introduce about employee selection process’s stages, about employee testing process’s and interviewing specifics. Also we will compare all these employment stages between Japan and United Stated of America. As we all know there are a lot of differences between cultural employee selection, testing and interviewing.
The most actual to our opinion is employee selection, because this is the first way where employee or person which is responsible for recruiting, gets information about the future employees and decides to invite him to interview or not. Testing is not necessarily for all future employees. Like an interviewing, testing depends on the pozition in which applicant is pretending too.
Various selection methods are then considered, including application forms, testing, interviews, group selection and assessments centers, references, use of consultants and some less traditional methods.
